And I would change everything.

Ever felt like you're never good enough? Like, whatever you do, will never satisfy anyone..not even yourself.

That's me.

Yeah, I admit, I have a problem with myself.

I don't have confidence. No self-esteem...nothing.

Everyday, I wake up trying to be a better person. That's good right?

I try to read more to improve my grammar and English reading skills.

I try to paint and draw to improve my drawing and paint like a proffesional.

I try to exercise to get that " Victoria Secret " body.

I try to learn how to cook to impress my family and my " future " husband someday.

I take care of my skin every day just to feel good about my self.

I try my very best in school just to make my parents proud.

But sometimes, all of that is just not good enough. Never..enough.

I have a problem, I know.

And to be honest, lately, I haven't been feeling good, or y'know, good enough. Heck, I don't remember the last time I've felt good enough, beautiful, or just...worth it.

Hmm, I'm just a teenager with problems.

I don't really get the point of this blog entry haha.

Oh wells, just emptying my heart....did that make sense? blehh.

hmph. Now back to PLL.

Hair conditioning

I've been having this weird obsession of taking care of my hair since summer started.

I don't really know why but mehh, that's good right?

My hair tends to be really dry and I've noticed that it's been falling A LOT ( that's bad at the age of 15 right? )

So anyways, I've been taking care of it (conditioning it, moisturizing it etc) for almost a month now, and I've noticed it's a lot better than before, al7emdellah.

I've been using the seaweed shampoo and conditioner from Boots ( it's only 1KD, isn't that great?!)

I also use Pantene's 12h NIGHT therapy before I go to sleep.
I love the smell, and it feels GREAAT!

When I wake up,  I moisturize my hair with The Body shop's Grape-seed glossing serum
and
I use The Body shop's Macadamia straightening balm when I straighten my hair ( which I rarely do)
'
I also try not to wash my hair a lot. Like, I usually wash my hair everyday or whenever I exercise. But now, I'd shower like, uhhh, let me explain XD, ya3ni, if I shower on Sunday, I won't shower on Monday but on Tuesday. Get it? I just wash my body everyday though.

I hope that helped you. Please take care of your hair!

...fail.

I bet almost all Kuwaitis watched this show 2 days ago. Well if you didn't, I'll give you a brief explanation.
Mr. Abdulla Al Muthafer(correct spelling?) moved to Japan 25 years ago to marry a a beautiful Japanese women (Miyuki aka. Ameena) where they had 3 children, Sarah, Yousef(Yuu) and Kathem(Kazem).

Mr Abdulla was discovered when the tragic tsunami occured last year, March 31st.
Now, I am really happy that they interviewed him. Knt wayed mndamja o I didn't miss any moment of it. Mr Abdulla showed the Kuwaitis the beauty of Japan, the respect, and the kindness they had. Which made me love the Japan society even more.

What I thought was ridiculous was some questions Mr. Khalid asked. And to be honest, he was kind of rude also. I don't even know how Mr.Abdulla kept his temper, but I'm glad he showed us some footages and explained how life is in Japan.

I wish I could meet them though. *keeps dreaming*

Korean family

I have to blog about this no matter what.
I just came back from my Korean friends' house. I had such an AMAZING time.
Ok ok, lemme start at the beginning, I walked in to find house slippers in front of me. Like, Idk, it's not something big I know, but I just got happy. So yeah.
Next thing was, their mum welcomed me with a hug and a Korean snack ( yum!)
Then we kept watching Korean videos and stuff. When it was 6pm, they had dinner already.  I was like .___.
Their dad came, and then 2 uncles. I was like " okayy...."
They all called me to eat dinner and I saw the typical Korean dinner which consisted of:
- Kimchi
-Kalbi- something.. ( meat)
- White rice ( in a small bowl! I found it cute haha)
- Korean spicy fish soup ( choked on it, but it was delicious. XD)
- Fried vegetables
- Ddoekbokki ( Korean rice cake which was DELICIOUS)
I was really shy. I couldn't eat..lol. I felt like I was an outsider..wait, I am lol. But at the same time I felt so happy. Idk. And they kept trying to ask me questions, and I would try to answer them back in Korean - which surprised them LOL ( OH YOU SPEAK KOREAN)
They did love the cake I bought haha (THANK GOD.)
Haha.
Then we went to sing at the noraebang ( Korean karoake). Which was so so much fun. We sang to Korean songs for 3 hours straight LOL
I called my mum early because I thought they'd sleep early, and I didn't want to stay late because it would be rude right ?
When the driver came, they were like  " OH WHY, My mum thought you will stay until 12!"
I told them I didn't want to bother them haha.
After that, they gave me a present. Yes, a present. I was speechless LOL
I'm so keeping the bag LOL

Pocky, Lotte pie, cookies and Korean sweets ( sweet red ginseng)

I thought that was so nice of them.
Ahh, I'm just so happy.

Kinokuniya

This place is heaven.

I knew about this store, but what I didn't know that they had one in Dubai. My eyes caught it when we were leaving the mall. And I HAD to go. I told my dad, and my mum got kinda angry because she was tired and bleh. So my dad was like, 5 minutes Hessa.
When I got into the store, 5 minutes seemed like a nanosecond to me. The place was GINORMOUS. Kinokuniya is the biggest bookstore I have ever seen. And it's beyond amazing. I just can't define how amazing it is. The place was so organized and I got goosebumps while I was in there. So I was looking around all happy and thrilled when I saw one thing that made my heart stop: Manga.  My eyes went immediately like this : O_O
I just couldn't think. My dad was like " Hurry up Hessa", so I just snatched 2 of my favorite mangas EVER. I didn't even care what volumes they were. Vampire Knight and Shugo Chara ( First manga I've ever read, and anime I've ever watched!). Then I snatched other reading books and the rest of the " House of Night " novel that I didn't read..yet.
I couldn't take pictures inside because it wasn't allowed, which I don't understand why really. But you can check out some photos from ZDistrict.

Vampire Knight, Shugo Chara, Interview with the Vampire, House of Night: Destined and Awakened, and A Song at Suns
Those were the only books I bought..I know, I'm crazy for doing that. I was in a hurry and I just..couldn't think. I totally regret it. Oh, and you can probably tell that I'm addicted to Vampires LOL.

I wish Kuwait would open Kinokuniya here. I mean, I'm 100% it'll be a hit here. It's just beyond amazing, and I'm sure many people will love it. I know about Jareer and the other bookstore in the Avenues  (forgot the name), they're great and all..but....KINOKUNIYA. ITS AMAZING.  I'd even sleep there if I can!

I hope Kinokuniya would really open in Kuwait soon, it doesn't even have to be soon. Even if it's after 5 years, I'll still be happy.

The first store I'm going to during my trip to Dubai mall next time, would be Kinokuniya. Of course, obviously, duh. Okay, I'll shut up now.

Language schools in Kuwait

I recently read on 248am.com about opening language schools in Kuwait. i think that this would be a really good opportunity for people living in Kuwait,or even Kuwaitis (like me) to learn a desired language.

Personally, I have a passion for learning languages. Currently, I found myself being immersed and attached to Korean. I'm actually proud to say that I can read and understand a bit of the Korean writing.

What I really hope for is that foreign schools for languages would actually open here in Kuwait. I really want to learn Japamese. Korean and Mandarin...and maybe Thai.

I tried joining a course once in AUK (..I think, please correct me if I'm wrong.) but they said that I was too young, and that I had to be 15 or 16..( I was 14 at the time.) ..okay...I'm bring forgetful now. LOL.

But yeah, you get my point. Learning a second or third language would teach us new communicative skills, and also provide us with an enriching learning experience of culture and society.

Learning a new language would open many doors for you. I mean, its amazing guys. You'd be able to discover the beauty of the language as well us the culture. And I cant explain how I feel proud of myself when I actually understand a foreign language. There will come a time when I will watch Korean dramas without subtitles! kekeke.
